Why Minimalism?
Journal Entry: Tue May 27, 2008, 3:43 AM
The actual definition of minimalism for me is the absolute minimum in features while still retaining eye candy and functionality, this may seem quite contradictory in my screens, because I usually remove the navigation buttons, however that is just for the shot and I rarely remove my navigation for more than an hour.
My favorite minimal theme so far is "Bandit VS" - No Border Substyle by Nevezen
And the j3concepts icons mixed with amman, areao4 and tango.
Over my years in Desktop Customization, I have been through several phases;
Mac Emulation, Vista, Linux, Minimalism
As you can tell I have always gone back to minimalism, it just seems to retain the most usability, functionality and eye candy.
